How the work flows
2D Full Canvas clears the desk so only the drawing is left. The 3D Viewport fills the whole window as one big Grease Pencil canvas, and a slim Dope Sheet strip keeps the keys and playback within reach, so you can draw for a long stretch without the interface in the way.
Starts in
The workspace opens the 3D Viewport in Draw Mode when the scene has an object for it.
